In this project, we developed an automated system that allows the connection of Shopify and other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Google Merchant Center) through well-known, easy-to-use Excel or Google Sheets interfaces. Users can control the entire system through familiar spreadsheet tools, while intelligent AI processes in the background ensure accurate and fast data transfer. Automatic product description and title generation, as well as built-in SEO optimization, operate daily, eliminating the need for manual settings for each product. This approach significantly reduced the company's 'ready to market' time, and employee training also took much less time due to the familiar interfaces.

This project addressed a data quality issue affecting thousands of products during a webshop migration. We developed an artificial intelligence-based optimization system that automatically runs products – including descriptions, titles, images, and SEO tags – through various language and visual models. Thanks to automation, inventory data and SEO settings can be kept up-to-date daily without manual work.

In this project, we developed an automated system capable of efficiently processing and organizing incoming customer inquiries – primarily emails. The goal was to reduce customer service workload while increasing response speed and accuracy. The system can automatically recognize and categorize different types of inquiries, generate responses when needed, and interpret and summarize attached documents. This not only accelerated information processing but also provided the sales team with more structured, prioritized lead lists, which the system updates daily. During implementation, special attention was paid to ensuring that the process was fully integrated into existing customer service and CRM systems, ensuring seamless daily operation.
