We built a sales-support solution that saved significant engineering hours for the company's sales team. The system analyses complex product structures, builds quotes, and assembles the supporting documentation. Using AI image analysis it automatically recognises product features and specs, speeding up the entire quoting process. Sales gets time back from putting offers together.

E-commerce system sync

We built an automated system that connects Shopify and other e-commerce platforms (e.g. Google Merchant Center) through familiar, easy-to-use Excel or Google Sheets interfaces. Users drive the whole system from the spreadsheet tools they already know, while smart AI workflows in the background handle precise, fast data transfer. Automatic product copy and title generation, plus built-in SEO optimisation, run daily — no manual setup per product. The approach significantly cut the company's ready-to-market time, and onboarding people takes far less effort because the front-end is what they already know.

Product information SEO generation and optimisation

This project addressed the data-quality issues across thousands of products that came up during a webshop migration. We built an AI-powered optimisation system that automatically runs products — descriptions, titles, images, and SEO tags — through different language and vision models. The system generates several variants per product so the client can pick the highest-converting one. Thanks to the automation, catalog data and SEO settings can be kept up to date down to the daily level, with no manual work.

Enterprise chatbot system

In this project we built a chatbot system that serves both internal staff and external customers. We set up a fully tailored IT infrastructure with private hosting, ensuring maximum control over data privacy and operations. The chatbot answers common questions, supports customer service, and provides access to the internal knowledge base — all integrated with the digital systems already in use.

Automatic recognition, classification, and response generation for inbound enquiries — primarily emails. Attached documents (PDF, Word, image) are also parsed and summarised. The sales team starts the day with a structured, prioritised lead list that syncs into the CRM automatically.

Phone and web voice agent for automotive dealerships and brand-authorised service shops. It knows OEM part codes and the compatibility tables, and helps customers find the right part — by VIN or model year. A 24/7 Hungarian-language voice agent for private practices and clinics. It books appointments instead of the receptionist, routes calls per the urgent-care protocol, and identifies returning patients. It sends SMS confirmations and reminders — the no-show rate halved at one dental network.
